Join the Chatham County Historical Association for a Volunteer Information Session on Saturday, August 22, at 1:00 pm at the Historic Courthouse. Learn more about the many opportunities to help preserve and share Chatham County's rich history through museum staffing, tours, school field trips, special events, re-enactments, archives, special events. research, cemetery preservation, community programs, and more. Whether you have a few hours a month or more time to give, we'd love to welcome you to our volunteer team. No experience is necessary- just an interest in history and a desire to make a difference!
